Planed and developed curriculum is a work that needs deeper and comperhensive understanding to fulfill the role. The development of Indonesia now, want to develop the curriculum that seeing : the newest issue in education, problems that’s appear, various school, education labor, the student like and ability, and the develop of people, saint and technology.

There are six principle that’s must be take attention in develop the mathematic silaby based on the compentency. They are : opportunity to learn for all student, curriculum not just a collection of material that will be teach but also can reflecting the mathematic activity coherenly, mathematic learning needs understand about student learn needs, apperseption, learning facility, opportunity for student to learn mathematic actively to construct their concept by the knowledge and the experience, there are needed assesment to improve the quality of learning, and used various learning strategy and method dinamicly and flexibly based on the material, student and learning context.

The main base problem is how to planning, develop, and implementing the curriculum according the teaching learning activity that hopely hapend. To solve that’s problem, so in planning and develop the curriculum needs to seen the reference to develop silaby, directien of doing the curriculum that developed, the support aid, the teacher contribution, the needs of socialisasion to develop the curriculum and the needed of evaluation.

The breath from the based competition curriculum is on the development of study experience, contextual teaching and learning, meaningful teaching, seen the lifre skill and generic skill. All competency developed, valued by the assesment principle not just in remember level and understanding.

The caracteristic of mathematics in school is : mathematics as an activity to search the pattern and relation, mathematics as a creativity that need imajination, intutition and finding. Matyhematic also an activity to solve problems, as languange and also art.
