Human resources development needs to placed in the space and the right time that’s mean from one times to the other view, concept and implementation is always changes and shifts. Although at a certain period has successfully created a framework
strong formal and material, but the professional development of teachers can not simply be seen
from contextual side only, but must be viewed holistically as well, namely an overall view
which includes the big narratives on a global level.
Alexander in Bourne (1994: 69) mention the most 6 (six) factors which become obstacles to realize teacher professionalism: the value (value), understanding (theory), pragmatism, empirical, context and system of (political). Understanding of
a theory of educating is not by itself be implemented into teaching practice.
Value systems (private teacher) and social (community) becomes an integral part of the order
politics that will provide direction for educational development efforts. Empirical study
indicates that there are still gaps/loopholes big enough for the convergence of a theory
educate the practice of educating. Required a political will of the government to
place of education that are returned to nature 'educate' in accordance with the essence subject learners and the nature of scientific, so that education is not only seen as something
the required but something that is required by student, making education not only
students view the subject as investment development but as a subject that needs
developed.
Teach in RSBI is not easy to do because we find that student is not easy to study. In fact to change the teaching style of teacher is not easy to. But in other side, hopely teacher can adjust the learning method to the demands of time. Revitalisation of education effort to take a big part for teacher to realized the education that related with the meaning of teaching in the real means and reality of knowledge that was the object of the learning.
Revitalization of education in the SBI should depart from the educators in self-reflection
reflection of individual and factual conditions of the practice learning. Reflection will thus
useful to know the positive aspects and shortcomings/weaknesses to be used
as input to determine the pace or the attitude toward the new paradigm in
education to then try to implement into practice
real.
In order to develop the student creativity and ability, there are some principle that’s can be done by the teacher. They are : study as searching of pattern or relation activity, study is a creativity that’s needs imagination, intitusion and founded, study is the problem solving activity, study as communication activity. There are also the reality of how student learn. They will learn if they had a motivation. They study by their own ways, another that they also can study by discussion or in team work. They also needs different contects and situasion in study. And to do the learning process in SBI there are some steps. There are preparation stage, learning stage and assisment.
