A. INTRODUCTION

Now days everything develop and move forward including education. The development makes all aspect of education need to increase their quality. Not expect for teacher. Teacher should develop their professionalism also. And in order to do that, there are some items that needed to do. One of them is make a scientific publication.

We, as the next generation of mathematics teacher also need to study that one as one of the steps to preparing our professionalism. Its also same as the government want that the student that wants to graduate from the university should publish their journal. Because of that there is no reason for us to didn’t studying about the scientific publication.

The scientific publication here refers to the publication of our scientific paper. That the paper have some properties that should be done. The paper should based on the theories/reference or base on the fact or data in the reality. Another that there are also the other properties that will be discuss here.

B. DISSCUSSION

Then the theories or the data can be take from the books, the other scientific paper or the journal. Here we can get the ideology, philosophy, paradigm, theories, notion and also rules that can use to make our opinion stronger.

In academic publishing, a scientific journal is a periodical publication intended to further the progress of science, usually by reporting new research. There are thousands of scientific journals in publication, and many more have been published at various points in the past (see list of scientific journals). Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals such as Nature publish articles and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields.

Scientific journals contain articles that have been peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Although scientific journals are superficially similar to professional magazines, they are actually quite different. Issues of a scientific journal are rarely read casually, as one would read a magazine.

The publication of the results of research is an essential part of the scientific method. If they are describing experiments or calculations, they must supply enough details that an independent researcher could repeat the experiment or calculation to verify the results. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.

Like what discuss before there are result of research so there are some steps that needed to be done before we create a scientific publication. The first step to make it is make the proposal. But before we do that we need to know or get the main problems that we will research. To get that we need an observation or collect the data from the environment in here classroom. The observation covered the meaning, activities, procedures, context, relationship, and the pattern. We need to see deeper to find the problem that need to be change by us.

When we get the problem and then we create the solussion that we give. The solusion should base on the theories not just our instuision. Than we write down our idea in the proposal.

The proposal consist of the title, subtitle, problem formulation, theoretical view, methodology/approach, data analyze, discussion, conclusion and reference. The title should reflect what idea that we give. That was the representation of all contain of the proposal. Then in the subtitle is the specific thing that we want to discuss or concern. There are also the reason why we take the idea. In the theoretical view there are the theories that related to our idea. There are also need the idea or theories that make our opinion stronger.

In the methodology, there are consist of the method that we use in this research. There are some types of research in education such as case study, classroom action research, lesson study and research and development method. All of them have the differences and have a specific method that make them different. There are also consist of the instrument that used in this research.

The date analyze, consist of the analyzation of the date that we gets from the research. From that data we can answer the question that write in the problem formulation. And to analyze that there are two approach. They are the qualitative approach and the quatitative approach. After that we can publish the report of the research as a scientific paper. Which the standart can be according to the MLAC for te natural science or APAC for the humanist science.

C. CONCLUSION

The scientific publication here refers to the publication of our scientific paper that the paper should be based on the reality. Before we publish it we need to research before. And to research we need to create the proposal that consist of the title, subtitle, problem formulation, theoretical view, methodology/approach, data analyze, discussion, conclusion and reference. After we do the research we can publish the report as the scientific problem. That are one of the ways to be a professional teacher.
